I can see myself...

taking a deliberate detour on my way back from the office...
walking out of Eldo Cake House on Harrison avenue with coconut bun and charshiew pao.
strolling across the Boston Common... continuing on to Public Garden,
constantly reminding myself to 'slow down... and absorb... let all worries fade away... breath...'
crossing Arlington street onto Newbury street...
strolling in midst of bustling metropolis that is uniquely Newbury street chic...
exchanging quick glances...
breathing in deeply... and remembering why I loved Boston so much... as the sun sets over Massachusetts avenue...

Then I closed the book and carefully placed it back where it had once been. It took me by surprise how much I had missed Boston...

I just realized this is my 200th entry... and, soon, it will be 2 years since I started this blog.
